Seven systems, one contractor

Cameras, fencing, entry control, alarms and tracking, specified together where it helps and fitted by the same technicians either way.

CCTV cameras

See what's happening. On site or on your phone.

We fit HD cameras from brands with reliable local supply chains. Fixed-angle for gates and entrances, PTZ where you need coverage across a yard or car park. Night-vision as standard. Footage goes to a local NVR or DVR, and you get remote view on your phone from day one, not as an afterthought.

We run cables concealed where possible. If it has to be surface-mounted, we use trunking that looks deliberate. Every camera gets tested to confirm the angle covers what you actually need covered before we leave.

Electric fencing

A fence that reacts before a burglar gets to your door.

Electric fencing is a deterrent first. Someone touches an energised fence at 3 a.m. and the shock is unpleasant, the siren is loud, and they leave. It doesn't wait for a motion sensor to warm up. We use energisers rated for the perimeter length, not oversized units that arc and waste current.

We set zone count to match your site so the alarm tells you which section was hit, not just that something happened somewhere. Energisers are wired to your main alarm panel where possible so you get one notification, not two separate ones going off in sequence.

Access control

Know who went where, and when.

Keypads, RFID cards, fingerprint readers, or a combination. We fit the right credential type for the site: a warehouse uses different logic from a four-office building. Doors can be grouped into zones. Shift workers get access during working hours. Management gets full access. Visitors get temporary codes that expire.

The access log is your evidence trail. It also tells you if someone is propping a fire door open during the day. We can tie the system to your electric gate where you have one.

Video door phones

See who's at the gate before you open it.

A video door phone is an intercom with a camera. You speak to whoever is at the gate from inside the building, and you can see them clearly before you release the lock. We fit standalone units for single households and multi-subscriber systems for apartment blocks or offices with several entry points.

Wired systems are more reliable than Wi-Fi-dependent ones in most Accra installations. We use wired as default and switch to wireless only when cabling is genuinely impractical. The camera angle is set at installation. We test it with someone standing at your actual gate, not a metre away from it.

Car tracking with Protrack GPS

Where your vehicle is. Right now.

We supply and fit Protrack GPS trackers. The unit reports position continuously and you check it from the Protrack app or the web dashboard. If a vehicle goes somewhere it shouldn't, or leaves outside permitted hours, you get an alert. Useful for company fleets, hired vehicles, and private cars in high-risk areas.

The Protrack unit is fitted discreetly, not under the dashboard where anyone can see it. We use units with backup batteries so cutting the main power doesn't blind the system. Subscription costs are separate from fitting and we explain them clearly upfront.

Fire alarms

Early warning is the difference between a fire and a disaster.

We fit conventional and addressable fire alarm systems. Conventional systems are cost-effective for single buildings with straightforward layouts. Addressable systems tell you exactly which detector triggered, which matters in warehouses, multi-floor offices, and anywhere where knowing which zone is on fire changes your response.

Detectors are placed based on room type: heat detectors in kitchens, smoke detectors in offices, beam detectors in large open spaces. The panel is positioned where staff will actually see it. We test every zone at handover with a detector tester, not guesswork.

Burglar alarms

An alarm nobody maintains is just decoration.

PIR sensors, door contacts, window contacts, glass break detectors. We design the zone layout around how your building is actually used, not a template from a catalogue. The control panel is positioned where you'll arm and disarm it naturally, not wherever is easiest to cable to.

We service what we fit. Annual visits keep the battery fresh, test every sensor, and clean the PIR lenses. An alarm that hasn't been serviced in two years will eventually false-alarm at 2 a.m. or, worse, fail silently when it matters. We say this to everyone, not just to sell service contracts.
