What we do

Security systems, fitted and looked after by the same people

New Levels Technologies & Security Systems installs and maintains the equipment that keeps a property watched, closed and accounted for: CCTV, electric fencing, access control, video door phones, fire and burglar alarms, and vehicle tracking.

They are usually bought one at a time, in the order things go wrong. That is fine. What matters is that whoever fits the second system knows how the first one was wired, which is the argument for one contractor rather than four.

How we work

The installation is the product

The hardware in this industry is largely commodity. What separates a system that works in five years from one that fails quietly in eighteen months is the hour somebody spends siting it, running the cable properly and testing it before they leave.

So we survey before we quote, we fit the equipment ourselves rather than subcontracting it out, and nothing is handed over until you have watched it work: the camera view, the alarm sounding, the app on your own phone.

It is slower than selling boxes. It is also the reason our callbacks are about batteries and dirty lenses rather than installations that never worked.

Where we work

Based in New Gbawe, working across Accra

Our base is at Gravel Junction in New Gbawe, and most of our work is across Greater Accra: homes, offices, shops, warehouses and yards.

We travel beyond Accra for larger installations. If you are outside the city and want to know whether we can reach you, the fastest way to find out is to ask.

How we operate

Four things we will not trade away

  • 01

    We survey before we quote

A security system specified over the phone is a guess. We would rather spend an hour walking the property and quote for what it actually needs than sell you a package that fits somebody else's building.

  • 02

    Installation is the product

The equipment is commodity. Where it is sited, how the cable is run and whether anyone tested it are what decide if it works when you need it, so we fit everything ourselves.

  • 03

You are shown how it works

Nothing is signed off until you have pulled up a camera, armed the alarm and used the app yourself. A system only you cannot operate is not protecting anything.

  • 04

    The number reaches us

When you call about a system we installed, you reach the people who installed it. No ticket queue, and no explaining the job to somebody who has never seen the building.
